Strategist Halves Work Week to Two Days, Reports Revenue Unchanged
Seven years of AI implementation preceded the reduction, which the strategist says has also changed how she views stepping back from the business.
SARASOTA, FL, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- A Florida business strategist reduced her client-facing work week from four days to two and reported that company revenue matched the prior year, with more than six figures added to the bottom line through cost reductions.Lisa Lieberman-Wang, a business and artificial intelligence strategist who has taught marketing and sales for over three decades, said the reduction followed seven years of implementing AI systems across her operations.
The implementation applied a four-part sequence: illuminate, automate, delegate, eliminate.
Analysis came first. AI review of existing operations identified where working hours and revenue were actually going, as distinct from where they were assumed to be going. Tasks performed more than once were then automated. Work that had previously required additional staff was assigned to AI systems rather than to people. Processes and offerings the analysis identified as no longer contributing were removed.
Among the items removed was a three-day program that had generated seven figures. It was replaced with a three-hour format.
"What was working three years ago was not working today," Lieberman-Wang said. "I found a way to deliver more value in three hours than we had been delivering in three days. Eliminating something profitable is the hardest step, and it is the one most owners skip."
She said the reduction began with a commitment made during her husband's hospitalization. He had contracted COVID-19 and subsequently suffered double pneumonia and a major heart attack.
"I stood in that hallway and did some math," she said. "Not business math. Life math. I promised that when he got out, I would slow down and work less."
She said she expected the commitment to reduce income and accepted that at the time.
"I was not standing in that hospital asking how to make more money," she said. "I was asking how I was going to be with my husband."
Lieberman-Wang said she has spent approximately 4,500 hours on AI implementation and holds eight artificial intelligence certifications. She has trained more than 300,000 entrepreneurs and executives and reports more than $165 million in career sales between herself and her teams.
She said the schedule reduction has also changed how she views slowing down in business.
"The reason I was going to step back was time, and I have the time," she said. "So the question is no longer how much longer I can keep the pace. It is how many people I can reach before I stop. That is a different question with a different answer."
